Wood Shop
Students will continue working on individual projects.
Some students are finishing projects and starting their third projects for the year.

Just a reminder to students that projects must be payed for before they are taken home.

Plastics Class
Students have finished the name plate and key chain project.
We will be starting a group project in casting this week.

This Posting is for the week of (12/14 to 12/18)

Wood shop students continue to make progress on projects. Some classes are farther along then others due to the the class sizes, but all are doing good.

Plastic Students have finished they Acrylic Pen Holder project and we are know starting the mold making and the casting projects.

There are no home work assignments at the present time.

This information will be for the week of (12/7/09 to 12/11/09)

Wood Shop Students
Students will have demonstrations on The Shaper Table and the Mortise Cutting Machine.
They will then have a quiz on both these machines.
Students on continuing to work on projects and making grate head way.
Just a reminder that some students still owe $5.60 for our first project and I would like to have this collected by the end of the second marking period.

Plastics Students
Students are finishing up on the Acrylic Penn Holder projects.
For next week students should bring in some sort of object they would like to reproduce. We will be making molds and using water extend polyester resin to reproduce that object.
Just a reminder that students should bring in the project fee of $ 8.00 for the first marking period.

At the present time there are no home work assignments.

Wood shop students are continuing to work on individual projects. Some students have be gone to apply finishes to projects. Constant review is given to students to assure safety.

Plastics students are continuing to work on acrylic Penn holders. Students should start to look for some type of small object to create a mold of. I would like to approve the object before the next project is started.

This post is for Monday 16 to Friday the 20th

Wood shop students are know working on individual projects. Different demonstrations are being given as projects progress forward. Reviews are constantly being given so to assure student safety.

Plastics Tech. Students are presently working making small bowels by using the blow molding machine. We just finished making a small pencil holder from sheet acrylic.

There are no home work assignments at the present time.

I will be out of school on Monday the 16Th and all students will have work to do which will be graded.

Students in plastics cl assess are working on Acrylic organizers.
Just a reminder that the project fee for all wood shop classes for the first 9 weeks project is $5.60 and the project fee for the first 9 weeks is $8.00/

Basic and Advanced Cabinet students Have finished Their benches and have chosen next projects. We are in the process of choosing wood types and the cost of the projects.

Plastics students are know working with Water extend polyester resin making different Items. We will be starting mold making in the near future.

Students are at the present time working on Writing Prompts. Some students will be bringing them home to work on if they need more time.

Students in Basic Wood Working and Advanced Cabinet Making are finishing up the bench project and picking new projects.

Plastics Technology students are finishing up the clip board projects and starting work on making candy dishes by using different methods.

For advanced Cabinet Making and Basic Wood Working students will be choosing new projects to be done.

For Plastics Technology Students will be working with the Hydraulic Press and the Vacuum Machine making different plastic projects.
